With over 10 years of counselling experience, I’ve guided countless teens and adults on their path to personal growth and well-being. I’m the Clinical Director at Insight Mental Health Counselling and my previous work includes being a Counsellor at Dalhousie University and serving as a Child and Youth Mental Health Clinician for the BC government.
